Hire Us - Bespoke Wine Tastings

We love hosting Wine and Cheese Tastings for corporate events & private parties, at your home or venue of choice, for any sized group of at least 12 guests, with or without our Bubble Box horsebox wine bar. With us you'll receive a qualified wine consultant to navigate your needs and we bring all the wine glasses, ice buckets and tasting note materials for each person, as guests need 6 glasses each in front of them (£1/glass fully refundable deposit returned washed/unbroken). Currently bringing you over 150 different wines from 15 countries (Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Chile, England, France, Germany, India, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, South Africa, Spain & USA) the majority are exclusive to us in the Midlands, where we also have one of the largest inclusive ranges (vegan, vegetarian, organic, eco-friendly, mini to magnum sizes, no & low alcohol) all delivered to your front door with plastic-free, sustainable packaging in our electric van. 

1. Would you like wines only or paired cheeses as well?
   We offer two different packages: the first is £20/person for us to host a fun & informative blind wine tasting, teaching your guests how to taste wine as well as being able to identify the country & grape etc. The second is £25/person with the addition of paired artisan cheeses (we exclusively collaborate with another award-winning local independent business called ‘The Cheese Locker’ based in Abbots Bromley) so if you are selling tickets we recommend you charge around £20-£30 per person

2. When, where and what times would you like the event?
   The event lasts around 90 minutes with half an hour preparation either side (please note for events over 40miles away from our Lichfield Head Office there’s a 50p/mile surcharge)

3. How many guests do you expect?
   We have a minimum requirement of 12 guests because 1 bottle serves 12 tasting samples, so ideally you want guests in multiples of 12 to make the most out of opening the second bottles (e.g. once you go over 12 guests you want to aim for 24 or 36 but any number is manageable)

4. Do you have a preference on wine styles?
   You decide which styles of wine you’d like or we can surprise you with sparkling, whites, rose, reds, dessert, fortified, vegan, certain countries etc. (we also offer all your guests an extra 10% discount off any bottles they may wish to purchase and we have a card reader to take payments)

5. Would you also like to hire our horsebox wine bar to serve drinks for your guests too? (Not compulsory, just a memorable & unique option to consider)
